Free Shipping:

We proudly offer free shipping on all wholesale orders to customers in Canada, the United States, and European countries. No additional shipping fees will be charged once your order meets the minimum order value of $500 CAD.

Processing Time:

All confirmed and paid orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Canada: 3-8 business days. United States: 5-10 business days. Europe: 7-15 business days. (Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and regional postal service efficiency.)

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on your destination and order size.

Duties and Taxes:

All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return, please email our customer service team at support.chainholesales@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, please note that if you choose to cancel after the order has been placed, a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction costs charged to us by our payment processor.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost caused if they decide to return or exchange items.

Return Approval:

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Goods:

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
